Celerity: We will be running Celerity a little differently. You will be able to take one standard action a round. Each additional action granted by Celerity will be movement, only.
Swiftness: (Celerity 'Might') With swiftness you may make a single retest on any challenge based solely on speed. Once you invoke swiftness, it is the last test of the challenge, no further retests are allowed. You must have Celerity active in order to use this power. Swiftness and might can cancel each other out.
Dementation: There will be no Dementation. It is being replaced with Dominate.
Celerity and Potence: In combat Celerity may only be used defensively and Potence may only be used offensively.

Strike that and reverse it. The verbiage has been updated.
For the sake of clarification: Might and the Potence bomb may only be used offensively. Swiftness and the Celerity bomb may only be used defensively.
