I have heard a disheartening disconnect of information in my brief time here, and witnessed instances of the absence of communication so negligent as to endanger the lives of esteemed members of our borough. As such, I am attempting to assist in the eradication of threats and issues from our locale, and could use assistance in gaining word from everyone regarding what they know pertaining to particular issues, as well as what is regarded as a resolved issue. Things along the lines of the attack on the lupine, the abduction of Ms. Liliya, the death of our seneschal, etc. If you are willing to freely set forth any information, please contact me privately or post here. Too often is a city racked with endangerment because all the facts had been placed out in the open, but never connected. Please assist.

Information is always available. It's a matter of knowing who to ask and what you are willing to barter for it. I do agree with you Myra, that the general populace of Sunnydale all seem to hold everything so closely to their chests that the big picture gets wholly obscured. If there was more corroboration and cooperation so much more could be accomplished.
