Details for Sunnydales Mortal Politics
Sunnydale is an incorporated Borough and as such as its own city structure. The city manager basically runs Sunnydale. The Mayor sits on the Metropolitan Council for the City. Some services, like police and fire are actually integrated with the Metropolitan services, though they have thier own local chiefs. Others, like parks and rec, are not. We have not created every officer , but have tried to put in people the PCs are likely to know about with very little digging (like politics influence 1, or a PAT expediture to sort out city government.)
