I am to congradulate you on a fantastic celebration. It went well in all respects, depsite the best efforts of some unsavory types. You have made Sunnydale shine! I look forward to more such festivities!
I have also been given the honor of conveying a message from Prince Faina Herself:
"Kindred of the City:
We have mourned our loss of Eric Clayfield, Seneschal. Though it still pains to think of his absence, The City must have a Seneschal. We are weakened as a community by not having this important position filled, and I am remiss in allowing the mourning to continue so long. It is now time to being the process of selection.
"Because Eric was a firm beleiver in merit and proven ability, I have decided to dispense with traditional forms, and select a new Senseschal based on the above qualities. Thus all of my Primogen will be evaluated based on their leadership, capability, loyalty and commitment to improving The City.
"In this regard, I am interested in hearing your voices as to which Primogen is most important. Over the next few months I want you all to observe, investigate and formulate your opinions regarding the various Primogen.
"Since I cannot obviously speak to each of you directly, I expect to have my borough whips determine who you most support and vote for that person in a meeting of the Great Council. Though I will make the ultimate appointment, your voice will be heard, and your advice considered.
